- 1 cup dosa batter (homemade or store-bought)
- 2 tablespoons ABC Mix Powder (apple, beetroot, carrot blend)
- ¼ cup water (adjust as needed)
- ½ teaspoon salt (or to taste)
- 2 teaspoons ghee or oil (for cooking)
- Coconut chutney or sambar, for serving
- In a mixing bowl, combine dosa batter, ABC mix powder, salt, and water. Whisk until smooth and lump-free.
- Heat a dosa tawa or non-stick pan over medium heat and lightly grease with ghee or oil.
- Pour a ladle of batter into the center of the pan. Using the back of the ladle, spread the batter in a circular motion to form a thin dosa.
- Drizzle a few drops of ghee/oil around the edges and cook until the bottom turns golden brown.
- Flip if desired and cook for another 30–40 seconds for an even roast.
- Remove from the pan and serve hot with coconut chutney or sambar.
For a vibrant dosa, make sure to mix the ABC powder thoroughly into the batter so the color spreads evenly. If you prefer a crispier dosa, spread the batter thin and cook slightly longer over medium-high heat. For a softer dosa, keep the layer slightly thicker and cook over medium heat.
